The scheme offering first class security is exclusive to Camberford Law plc and includes
the key benefits by:-
- Fire and full perils including theft, malicious damage and subsidence as standard.
- Property Owners Liability included as standard.
- Optional Cover for Loss of Rent and Landlords Contents.
Unoccupied Properties - Residential
We can insure all types of commercial properties within the United Kingdom.
In addition to the buildings, we can also provide cover for plant, machinery
and all other fixtures and fittings as well as loss of rent.
The features of the scheme are as follows:-
- FLEA cover with some additional perils available on request
- Property Owners Liability is included up to a limit of £1 million
- Landlords contents up to £50,000 is available as an option
- Installment facilities available at competitive rates

All other Properties - Residential and Commercial
In addition we can arrange cover for all types of properties and brief details of
our special arrangements are as follows:-
- All types of residential and commercial properties including thatched and holiday homes
- Applies to standard or non-standard construction
- Applicable to owner occupied properties and those let to tenants
- Cover can be extended to fixtures and fittings and all other contents
