Tree Surgeon and Arboriculture Insurance Scheme
(Tree Surgeons, Landscapers and all Arboricultural and Forestry Contractors and Allied Activities)
In conjunction with The Lloyd's market, Camberford Law plc have developed a unique and
special scheme for tree surgeons and forestry contractors,. The cover under the scheme
is perhaps the widest available in the Insurance Market and the premiums are highly competitive.
This innovative scheme, incorporates many new features which simplify the handling of your
insurance arrangements and save you time and money.
This is required by law and protects your responsibility for injury to employees,
subcontractors, self-employed subcontractors and apprentices. Cover has been extended to include:
- High level work
- Legal costs arising from prosecution under the Health & Safety legislation
- Public/Products Liability
This protects your legal responsibility for damage or injury to third parties caused by your
activities. The policy includes fencing, chemical application and landscape gardening work as
well as arboricultural work.
- Limit of Indemnity - £1,000,000
- Option to increase to £2,000,000 and £10,000,000
Professional Indemnity
We recommend this cover is taken where advice is provided for a fee
e.g. tree reports for mortgage purposes or estate management. Cover is available
up to £1,000,000 covering reports written by Principals, Directors, and all employees.
Loss of Plant and Equipment
All risks cover on plant and equipment anywhere in the UK. This covers your own plant
including whilst hired out with the option to include hired-in plant.
Personal Accident
24 hour cover for Principals, directors, and/or your Employees providing
death/capital/weekly benefits.
